We mix the new and the old with our innovative business signing a new lease for office space in the traditional and historic Angebilt building, formerly the Angebilt hotel, and now renovated and leasing by Expansive. This architectural beauty was opened in 1923 and was designed by Florida's first registered architect Murry S. King.
